yep long time no post!
juz nw had time trial, final time trial deciding hu to go nats
i wouldn't say my timing was very good but it was quite okae
i muz say yong hwee had been a very gd training partner
i believe the reason why both of us were able to improve in 800m was due to the fact that we had been pushing each other alot in every race. =)
so if im able to go nats, i will definitely work hard.
im gonna prove my worth on the track!
